Subject: Faurecia Stakeing Machines at SDM

 

Joe,

 

I just finished a conference call with our sales and product engineering

teams. Our Faurecia Exhaust Account Manager was  just back from SDM
where Faurecia came in and audited our processes.  Try as they may,
wrong parts, upside down parts, one bolt, wrong bolt, different bolts,
they could not get the machine to make an incorrect assembly off either
station.

 

The Quality Audit Team stated that "This is the absolute best assembly

poke-e-yoke system for flanges and bolts they have ever seen"
 

I wanted to pass this compliment on to you and to ask you to let your

team know what a great job Semtorq did on these machines and how

impressed our customer was with the technology employed.
